Clean room is a fundamental supporting industry with a wide range of applications in the industry. It is widely used in many industries such as electronic information, semiconductor, optoelectronics, precision manufacturing, medicine and health, bioengineering, aerospace, automotive spraying, etc. (in the 21st century). According to the precision and clean requirements of the industry, the grade difference is also significant.

Purification principle:
Air flow → primary efficiency air treatment → air conditioning → medium efficiency air treatment → fan air supply → purification pipeline → efficient air supply outlet → clean room → removing dust particles (dust, bacteria, etc.) → return air duct → treated air flow, → fresh air flow → primary efficiency air treatment. The purification purpose can be achieved by repeating the above process.

Main structural materials for clean engineering:
The wall and roof materials of the clean room are generally made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plates and special aluminum oxide profiles for purification. The door is a purified closed door, and the window is fixed with aluminum alloy sealed glass.
2. The ground adopts epoxy resin self-leveling floor, anti-static PVC floor or high-grade wear-resistant plastic clean floor.
3. The purification ventilation duct shall be made of galvanized steel plate or spray coated steel sheet, and shall be insulated with "PEF" flame retardant insulation board.
